Dynamic Pricing ensures that no family is ever turned away. Our rates are flexible, ranging from fully subsidised support to community partner tiers, making quality 1-to-1 mentorship available to all.
We create the
"Common Fund" built by the community, for the community. A portion of fees from higher tiers directly funds the subsidies and resources for families on support tiers. It's a true circle of giving.
Our volunteers don't just give time—they gain skills. Our Development Programme ensures every volunteer is trained in pedagogy, safety, and leadership, empowering them to become community leaders.

What is the Common Fund?
The Common Fund is the beating heart of our social enterprise. It's a collective pool of resources, directly powered by a large percentage of the fees from our Community Pillar families. Its sole purpose is to provide direct, tangible support to families in our supported tiers, and to curate Social and Community Programmes for the wider community embodying the traditional Singaporean "Kampung" spirit.
How does my contribution make an Impact?
A portion of your tuition fee doesn't just cover operational costs—it's channelled directly into the Common Fund. This fund then provides essentials that truly make a difference in the lives of other students so that they can focus on what matters - their future. Your contribution creates a virtuous cycle of community support, where your investment in your child's education directly creates opportunity and stability for another.
Who benefits from the Common Fund?
The fund directly supports families in our Community Support (fully subsidised) and Community Partner (heavily subsidised) tiers. Our goal is to remove financial barriers and ensure that every child, regardless of their family's circumstances, has access to quality education and the resources they need to thrive.
Is this fund like a charity donation?
No, it's different. As a social enterprise, our Common Fund is an integral part of our sustainable business model, not a separate charitable donation drive. It represents a collective investment from within our community to support its members, reinforcing our philosophy of a "hand up, not a handout." Your fees are part of a shared economic model designed for social good.

This single contributing tier is the engine of our "Kampung" model. Your fee is set at a fair market rate and includes a contribution to our Common Fund, which directly powers the subsidised spots for families in our Support Tiers. You become a vital partner in our mission.
Community Partner
For families facing significant financial hardship or those on assistance schemes like MOE FAS or ComCare.
This tier offers our full programme at a heavily subsidised rate to ensure education is always within reach. It is our standard supported tier for those on financial assistance.
For families navigating exceptional circumstances, such as a medical crisis or prolonged unemployment.
On a case-by-case basis, we provide our full tuition programme at no cost ($0) as a temporary measure. Our primary goal is to provide stability and dedicated support when it's needed most.
